NEW FIELDS
We are currently in the final
planning stages of 2 new regulation baseball fields and a complex that
will be located behind the
NOTE: We have had to get a more detailed drawing for the
excavating company and these are nearly complete. We were told this past Thursday
that they are almost complete. Once they are we will get them to the excavation
company and hopefully get started soon thereafter.(10/28/07)
Parents will be able to easily watch both fields if they have a child playing on each. The concessions and restrooms will also be centrally located.

Anyone wanting to coach next year
should contact us using the link on the main page. We want to get the coaching
staff in place earlier this year. All coaches from the Rookies on up must be
certified. The certification test is online and we will be setting up a day for
those without internet so they can take the exam. It is a very simple process
and the certification study materials go over rules, basic baseball knowledge,
and Cal Ripken philosophies. These are divided into sections followed by a 20
question exam. The certifications will be required this year for all Cal Ripken

Also, this fall we will be trying
to schedule for next year with the area leagues. We have had several already
express a desire to play throughout next season with us.
